Weis Markets is a large regional grocery chain headquartered in Sunbury, Pennsylvania with 161 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey and West Virginia. Aim Digital Visions test marketed in 6 Stores in the Central Susquehanna Valley, which are located in Mifflinburg, Selinsgrove, Lewisburg, Sunbury, Danville and Bloomsburg, PA. In May 2012, the Weis TV Network was installed in 36 Weis stores in Lancaster, Harrisburg and York.

Who We Reach

The Weis Markets Network focuses on women who are the primary controllers of their household budgets. You can reach this lucrative target at the perfect time, when they are thinking about shopping and buying many products and services needed in the household. We are currently expanding into 30 Weis stores, which will put the network into a total of 36 stores. The combined reach of these stores will be 26.4 million shoppers per year.

How We Reach Them

All advertising runs on at least two screens per store. Screens are located in front of the traditional checkout isles. Screen sizes range from 42” to 55” flat screens.

The advertising rates on the network can be as low as 79¢ per thousand to about 3.36 per thousand impressions, depending on the market and time of year you advertise. Advertisers can choose these four different markets to advertise in:

  • Harrisburg Area, Pennsylvania, which has 11 stores with average traffic of 573,538 per month.
  • Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, which has 10 stores with average traffic of 629,214 per month.
  • York Area, Pennsylvania, which has 9 stores with average traffic of 560,402 per month.
  • Central Susquehanna Valley, Pennsylvania, which has 6 stores with average traffic of 511,330 per month.
